2. Orders and Pricing
All floral arrangements are subject to availability. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if the requested flowers are out of season or unavailable.
3. Delivery Policy
We strive to deliver your flowers on the requested date. However, due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather), delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If a recipient is not home, we may leave the arrangement in a safe place or attempt redelivery.
4. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your floral arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot offer full refunds after this period.
